We all went to visit my mom this weekend. My husband took the whole week off after Eid and I had it off from school, so it was a good time to do some traveling. We left after our son got out of school on Friday and came back Sunday evening.

While we were there I got to do some henna on an old friend and on my sister.





We also went for a walk in the corn field just after the tractors had come and taken down all of the dry stalks. I took this picture of my shadow... thought it was cool.


My mom had some pumpkins on her front deck...


And on the way home I took this picture as we drove over the mountains
